How do I stop my players hogging the ball?

I just started coaching an u/10's mod league team this year, my first ever coaching attempt. We played a trial a few weeks ago and won 32 to 14, yesterday they played their first round against a much larger pack than themselves and lost 46 to 6. We have some good talent and some not so good talent in our team. When they played yesterday the good talent hogged and dominated the plays and barely gave the not so talented a run.(Unfair) They didn't listen to the instructions I gave my trainers during the game and argued all throughout.

How do I,

1 Stop the Hogs being Hogs?

2 Stop them arguing with each other on field and

3 Make them listen to my instruction through the trainers?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
